SmartJets & VIP Completions welcome Neil M. Cochrane to the Team

SmartJets is pleased to announce the addition of Neil Cochrane to our growing team.

 Based out of Monaco, he will take on the role of President for Europe, Middle East and Africa as SmartJets looks to expand its presence into these critical markets for business aviation.

Neil is a consummate pilot and aviation entrepreneur with close to 30 years in the industry and just under 20,000 flight hours in his logbook. In that time he has been involved in the set-up, operations, and eventual IPO or sale of six private aviation companies including two airlines, as well as the UK's first successful jet-share program. Most recently, he was the chairman of 51 North Group, a business he co-founded over eleven years ago with his late brother Erik Cochrane.

Neil has flown a variety of aircraft ranging from Gulfstream 550, to Boeing 707, through to fighter jets and almost everything in between.

This experience gives him a unique insight into the needs of clients, pilots and operations to ensure that he matches the right aircraft to their needs.
